Customer’s commitment to purchase or sell at a specified price is binding on Customer once Customer verbally records the order commitment and is binding on Bitcoin Advizers once the order is confirmed by the exchange used to settle the transaction. The purchase price Customer has been quoted and agreed to pay for any Digital Currency includes Bitcoin Advizers’s profit margin (or fee) on the transaction. Bitcoin Advizers makes no representation that any exchange’s pricing is the best available.

Digital Currencies are a highly speculative investment. Digital Currencies are a relatively new asset with a limited and at times volatile track record. The exchanges are unregulated and certain ones have experienced service outages that have prevented them from executing trades for periods of time. Further, the regulatory framework governing Digital Currency is unsettled and constantly evolving, both in the United States and abroad. In Bitcoin Advizers’s opinion, Customer should only invest retirement funds in Digital Currency that Customer has reserved for highly speculative investments and that customer is willing to lose completely.
